Wes Zimmerman, Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Wes Zimmerman founded WZA, Inc., in 1981 and two years later 7one Business Systems was started as a separate entity. 7one specializes in multiple facets of business which include business planning, marketing, sales, and startups as well offering numerous courses related to sales and business. Over the years Wes has done a lot of public speaking, everything from small networking groups to large national conventions for Inc. His book, “The Perception of a Difference” encompasses sales, customer care, marketing as well as defining what your “Perception of a Difference” is.
Using this philosophy, 7one has produced outstanding results with client teams in large, medium and start-up companies. Participants at “Perception of a Difference” workshops report significantly increased sales and profits and improved teamwork within their organizations. The same is true for all the courses he has written and presented.
Wes attended the University of Minnesota, North Central College and Illinois Institute of Technology. His entire team has been specifically selected using the 7one “HIRERIGHT” methodology. All of them believe in his philosophies as well as being certified to speak, teach and consultant.
Doug Hibbard, Chief Operating Officer
Doug is presently the Chief Operating Officer of 7one Business Management Systems, 7one Business Management and 7one Business Enhancement team. 7one was founded in 1983 by Wes Zimmerman and operated originally as WZA,
The majority of Doug’s career has been in sales, sales training and sales management within a corporate sales arena with companies like Flying Tigers, Federal Express and Unigroup. Most of the sales have been in the Business to Business world, calling on everyone possible from the lowest level decision maker to C-level executives of Fortune 100 companies.
He believes that personal and spiritual development precedes business development and is actively involved in keeping all the 7one programs, workshops and speeches up to date and current.

Barbara Yuschik, Human Resources, Corporate Administrator
Barb came to 7one in 2011 with a 20 plus year background with talents and expertise in all facets of business administration. Her skill set includes Human Resources, Benefits Administration, and Accounting. Her experience with well-known firms such as Wells Fargo, Citibank and The Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix has given her a well-rounded and extensive background in people skills, which is a key part of the 7one philosophies and teachings.
Today Barb is in charge of components of everything people along with all facets of our business operations and activities. She was elected to the WZA Board of Directors and currently serves as the Board’s Secretary.
Ryan Wiensch, Core Business Developer, Senior Analyst
Ryan graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in History and Political Science. He began his career working for the football program at Arizona State and moved on to be The Director of Football Operations for the Arizona Rattlers.
From football Ryan transitioned into a career in sales and business development at Pool Systems USA. He is considered a Subject Matter Expert in the lost art of Cold Calling. Presently Ryan is a Senior Analyst with 7one Business Management.
In addition to his other duties with 7one Ryan is responsible for Core Business Development and procuring speaking engagements for all the speakers on the 7one team.
Karen Estrin, Marketing, Web Master
Karen Estrin has an MBA in marketing and over 23 years experience in corporate marketing roles for some of the nation’s largest and most successful corporations. The last 10 years have been largely focused on marketing via the internet with drugstore.com and Walgreens.
Well-versed in all aspects of traditional and digital marketing, from SEO and social to local and mobile marketing, Karen now helps small businesses succeed by leveraging traditional and online marketing strategies.
