Take Time To Enjoy This Life – It Isn’t Yours To Waste #2

We are all going about life as though we were killing snakes.

Did you run or jog this morning?  Outdoors or in a workout place?

On a treadmill?  Powered by you or electric motor?

Do you do this for heart health? Or for weight control?

The difference between walking, jogging, running is interesting…

Calorie consumption measured in calories per hour, increases with speed,

Heart health improves with moderate speed.

Happiness is greatest when walking outdoors with nothing to prevent hearing the birds singing, the crunch of the snow in winter, raindrops hitting the ground, or sight of big snowflakes falling when there is no breeze. It’s also relaxing, your heart beats slower, you can hear The Spirit giving you insights, wisdom, and feel Its LOVE flowing in and through you to the human hand you are holding.  It is exquisitely romantic, peaceful and very fulfilling.  Holding hands says I love you in both directions.

Do it tomorrow if you’re reading this too late to do it today.

Do yourself a big favor; Do it everyday and be happy !!!!!
