“It is not the man who has too little, but the man who craves more, that is poor.”

– Seneca the Younger

A Lesson In Humility From The Spirit

# 2 in Series

Find, buy, a ¼”/.635 cm diameter stone or metal object.

Take the biggest bowl you have in the house and fill it with water.  Do not touch it and make certain it is not subject to vibration, shaking, drafts or air currents that will disturb the surface.

Now turn up the light to see the surface at rest, shiny like a sheet of glass.

Now drop the stone/metal object into the bowl’s center from a height of 5 inches/ 12 cm   or so.  Watch the ripples as they move out to the edges of the bowl….

Place something in the bowl sticking out from an edge or like an island between the center and edge of the bowl. When the surface is quiet, still, like glass, drop the stone/metal object center and watch the ripples. . . .

This is what happens when you do something good for another human. . .  all the humans on the shore of the island and the edges of the pool. . . .

There will be some days when your effort fails, like all the failures I saw in my dream, however, a failure once in a while . . . .

Nuff Said !!!
