Acceptance, Learning & Teaching It
#6 in Series
I am convinced that the only way to teach total acceptance is through example. This means that we must practice it every day, so those around us, including little children, absorb it. Kids only see what we do, they do not hear our words! They have filters in their ears that allow them to hear us only when our actions and words say the same thing. This begins at birth and continues until they are nine, at most ten years old.
This is how I learned it, my father, “Dad” was my primary teacher in acceptance. He was consistent, so consistent that the times he deviated still stick out in my memory.
This is the challenge you have been given by The Spirit, God, The Lord, Buddha, Allah, The Great Spirit, Shiva, what name you give to the one positive force in the universe.
Many humans worship or bow to an image of themselves, we have all known such. I feel sorry for them, since they are always searching. Those who love enough to know and acknowledge the Spirit, feel thankful, humble and do not search, are peaceful.
Acceptance eliminates the need for tolerance, the feeling of being better, the need to put other humans in their place, and then wonder why we don’t feel fulfilled.
That is your daily challenge and task if you are rich with humanity, then it is a ”Great Day For The Race.”
Nuff Said !!!
